In-PersonTeen Council consists of students ages 13-18 from the Ashland - Boyd County Area. Meetings our held monthly, the second Tuesday of the month at 5 p.m. at the Boyd County Extension Office, 2420 Center St. in Catlettsburg.

Event Description
The 4-H Youth Development Program offers many opportunities for positive youth development, community service volunteer hours, leadership, and citizenship skills.
Teen Council consists of students ages 13-18 from the Ashland - Boyd County Area. Meetings on the 2nd Tuesday of the month from September thru May at 5 p.m. at the Boyd County Extension Office, 2420 Center St. in Catlettsburg.
