The 4-H Livestock Club is for youth ages 9-18. The group meets every 3rd Thursday* of the month at 6:30 p.m. at the Franks Building, 1758 Addington Road in Ashland (Coalton). For more information, contact Becky Stahler at (606) 739-5184. Remember if schools are canceled there will be NO club meeting. *Schedule subject to change.

Event Description

The 4-H livestock program teaches proper methods of caring for, raising, breeding, and marketing farm animals. Youth learn about selection and evaluation, nutrition and feeding, health and daily care, reproduction, marketing, and much more.  They also learn to accept responsibility, value hard work, think critically, make decisions, and communicate.
