The 4-H Horse Program in Kentucky is designed to reach youth ages 9-18 that have a passion for horses, whether they own one or not. The program offers a variety of areas that the 4-H'ers can be involved, learn valuable skills, and make friends for life. To participate in state level 4-H events you must be a member of your county 4-H Horse Club and complete 6 hours of education through the club's certified volunteer leader.

The 4-H Saddleites meet the 1st Thursday* of each month from September thru May at 6:30 pm at the Franks Building, 1758 Addington Road in Ashland (Coalton). Remember if schools are canceled there will be NO club meeting. YOU DO NOT NEED A HORSE TO JOIN! PARTICIPANTS MUST WEAR CLOSED TOE SHOES AND LONG PANTS TO ALL MEETINGS!
